In the UAE, a member of household staff generally works under a residence visa and work authorisation sponsored by the employer. The application is usually handled by the family’s PRO. We supply the documents the application needs from the candidate, with the candidate’s knowledge. We do not give immigration advice, and the rules change, so confirm the current process with your PRO.
