Kensington Personnel is a private household staffing and training house with offices in London, Dubai and Marbella. We pair the discretion of a private office with a training academy that raises the standard across every home we serve.

We began in London, placing staff in the kind of households where standards were never discussed because they were simply understood. Families moving between London and the Gulf asked us to bring that same standard with them.
Today we work from London, Dubai and Marbella, with the Training Academy at the centre of everything. We are deliberately small, because discretion and judgement do not scale by headcount.
Built by people who ran the houses.
Before we founded Kensington Personnel, which now works from London, Dubai and Marbella, we ran formal households in London and Dubai, hiring, training and leading the teams behind them. We built the agency to fix what we saw from the inside: introductions made on paper rather than in person, and staff placed without the training to hold the standard.
