Not sure which role you need?
A few short questions to suggest which household staff your home needs.
A starting point, not a diagnosis. The real brief is written in conversation with a consultant.
Nothing you enter here is stored. The finder runs in your browser, and nothing is sent unless you choose to carry your answers into an enquiry.
How the suggestion is made.
Each area of help you choose points to the role that does that work. Children in the house point to a nanny, and to a maternity nurse when a baby is expected or newly born. Two or more homes point to a household manager.
Choose as many areas as apply. The suggestion names one to three roles. Where your answers point to more than three, it suggests a full household team instead: a household manager to lead it, with the two roles that matter most to you now.
If you already have staff whose standard has slipped, the finder points you to the Training Academy, alongside a new hire or instead of one.
Where the house is, whether staff live in or out, and how soon you are hiring do not change the roles suggested. They are carried into your enquiry, so that you need not explain them twice.
The finder weighs no salaries and no market figures, because we publish none. It suggests. A consultant advises.
The seven disciplines:
Some households need more than a few questions.
If yours is one of them, tell us about it instead. A senior consultant will reply within one working day, in confidence.
