The role

Responsibilities
- Front-of-house service for the principal and guests
- Formal table setting, service and wine for events of 2 to 40 guests
- Manage cellar, glassware, silver and service inventories
- Coordinate with chef, housekeeping and external caterers
- Valeting, packing and travel preparation for the principal
What we look for
- Formal butler training and 5+ years in private service
- Strong wine and service knowledge
- Experience running events and managing suppliers
- Polished, discreet and unflappable under pressure
Package
