Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day operations across more than one property
- Recruit, train, rota and lead a large household team
- Manage household budgets, suppliers and maintenance contracts
- Establish standards, manuals and service procedures
- Coordinate travel, events and the principal’s diary with the PA
What we look for
- 8+ years in private service, 3+ in a management role
- Proven multi-property and team leadership
- Strong budgeting, systems and supplier negotiation
- Calm, structured leadership and total discretion
Package
AED 25,000 to 35,000 a month
