Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day operations of the household
- Recruit, train, rota and lead the household team
- Manage household budgets, suppliers and maintenance
- Set standards, manuals and service procedures
- Prepare the house for the principal’s arrivals and guests
What we look for
- 8+ years in private service, 3+ in a management role
- Experience of running a household abroad
- Strong budgeting, systems and supplier management
- Fluent English; Russian or Uzbek a strong advantage
- Calm, structured leadership and total discretion
